BodyShapers is a free tools site. We build measurement-based calculators that answer specific questions about body shape, body composition, and shapewear fit. The four tools on this site – the 3D Body Visualizer, the Body Shape Calculator, the Shapewear Size Finder, and the BMI Calculator – are designed to give you a specific, actionable answer from your measurements rather than a general recommendation based on a vague category.
Every tool on this site is free to use. None require an account. None store your measurements. All calculations run entirely in your browser. Close the page and your data is gone.
Why We Built These Tools
Most shapewear content online tells you what styles look good on a pear shape or what to wear as an apple shape. It assumes you already know your shape. Most women do not – body shape quiz tools produce inconsistent results because they require you to accurately assess your own proportions, which research shows people do reliably. Measurement-based tools produce consistent, repeatable results that do not depend on how you perceive your own body.
Shapewear sizing compounds the problem. Buying in your clothing size produces inconsistent results because shapewear and clothing sizing use different protocols. A tool that converts your actual measurements to shapewear size removes that variable.
BMI calculators exist everywhere. Most give you a number and a one-word category with no context for what the number means, where you sit within the category, or what the relevant limitations of BMI are for interpreting your own result. A BMI tool that provides visual context and accurate explanations of the metric’s limitations is more useful than one that does not.
The 3D Body Visualizer goes furthest. Most body visualizer tools show you a silhouette based on height and weight only, which means two people with identical heights and weights but very different proportions see the same figure. A tool that uses bust, waist, and hip measurements alongside height and weight generates a silhouette that reflects your actual proportional shape.

We are not a medical service. The tools on this site are for informational and practical purposes – to help you understand your measurements, identify your body shape, find your shapewear size, and visualise your proportions. They are not diagnostic tools and the results they produce are not medical assessments. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for anything health-related.
We are not a shapewear retailer. We do not sell products. The shapewear style recommendations generated by the tools are based on body shape classification principles and are for general guidance only.
We do not show advertising on the tools. The tools are free and will remain free.
How the Tools Work
The Body Shape Calculator uses ratio-based classification from your bust, waist, and hip measurements. The ratios – waist-to-hip ratio, bust-to-hip ratio, and waist-to-bust ratio – are applied in combination to identify your dominant shape from five female or three male classifications. The same methodology is used in academic body proportion research.
The Shapewear Size Finder converts your bust, waist, and hip measurements to shapewear size using standard sizing protocols adjusted for your selected fit preference. Size recommendations are provided across US, UK, and EU sizing systems.
The BMI Calculator applies the standard WHO BMI formula to your height and weight and shows the result on a visual scale alongside your healthy weight range for your height.
The 3D Body Visualizer uses a real human body model – based on the SMPL (Skinned Multi-Person Linear) academic body shape model used in body shape research – that morphs to reflect your measurements in real time. It outputs BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, body fat percentage estimate, and body shape classification simultaneously from a single measurement session.
Privacy
No measurements are stored, transmitted, or logged. All calculations happen in your browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not use any analytics that capture measurement inputs. The only data we collect is standard website analytics (page views, session duration, general device information) through tools that do not capture measurement values.
